My family and I will be staying at OKW in June for the first time. We will have our own transportation but would love to be near the main pool/ hospitality house. When I go online to check in early the choices that come up for room request are as follows:

near elevator
ground floor
upper floor
near transportation
Miller's Rd area
Peninsular Rd area
South Point Rd area
Old Turtle Pond Rd area

When looking at a map none of these seem to be close to the hospitality house and main pool? I am a bit confused what to choose! Please help. TIA

Hospitality house is a booking category, if you did not reserve that location, you will not be there. The closest would be Miller road or Peninsular road.

I did not book this myself, a friend who owns the points did but that makes perfect sense. Thank you for your help.

I would check and see if they can change it, but if you have a car, it's no big deal. Also all the busses stop at HH area last, and in DS/internal bus stop there 1st and last.

Honestly we stayed in Hospitality area last stay there and we plan not to next time. We always got off at the Peninsular Rd bus stop on the way home from the parks and walked back. It looks far, but it's really not. We will be requesting Peninsular Rd building 27-29. P.S. if you have a stroller request ground floor so you aren't lugging a stroller up the stairs when you get back from the parks.

We would much rather be close to a quiet pool than the hospitality house. The hospitality house makes for a nice walk but we much prefer to be away from it.

We stayed in Peninsular Road, building 28, once and were close to the main pool. But next time we were also on Peninsular Road, but down in Buiding 47. That's NOT near the main pool. However, we've been in 4 different buildings on Miller Road, and each time we felt we were close to the main pool.

If you are in a 1BR or 2BR villa, there are two different floor plans. In buildings 29 and below, there is no door connecting the living room directly to the master bath. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to it. In buildings 30 and higher, there is such a door. If you expect to have people sleeping on the pull outs, this might matter.

Bldg 47 isn't considered Peninsular Road. It's South Point, right next to the South Point bus stop.

Usually stay in a studio, this time we have a 1BR accessible with roll-in shower, and have an ECV. Since my confirmation does not say near HH, I guess we will
be in any 1st floor accessible. Works for us but I guess we can be put anywhere. My question is, do all the building have 1BR accessible on the first floor?

Several do have them, but not all. I know we had a HA studio in Bldg 21 right next to the Millers Road pool.

Thanks for the reply. As long as we have a ground floor and roll in shower we will be ok. I'm renting a car from the Car Care Center after we get off the Fantasy.

We have been in building 27 twice. It's super close to the bus stop. First stop, which would be nice with an ECV. Should be plenty of room on every bus. Also close to the hospitality house, and according to the map has accessible rooms.
