Thanks, Mari. I'm just curious how the 2042's are holding up against the 2057's in resale. I know there was a big debate about this at the time the extension was offered.

Is it a Feb UY with 99 2012 points? If so then it would be called stripped since it doesn't have current 2011 points.

A seller would be nuts if they didn't plan on negotiating their price.
In this market you almost never get your asking price.
