Silly question but what happens when they close the 3 buildings in HH and you are booked HH? We will be there in Dec and looks like from the way its working they will be in the middle of the rehab there. So if HH is booked up and they close 3 buildings what are they doing? No big deal to me really. DH said if HH was available why not so we went for it. As long as I have a room and its clean I am good.

They may not close them all at the same time, and, remember, in addition to bldgs 11-14, bldgs. 23-26 are also considered HH.

Well, for starters, there are 7 buildings in HH, not 3. I suspect they will do the three at a different time from the 4 at Peninsular Road.

I know there is more then 3. I was referring to the rumor that they will be doing 11-14 at HH next. So what happens when they close them since they booked based on all the HH area being open. Is there an area they use that is close by?

I doubt they booked based on all the buildings being open. Renovation projects like this are planned well in advance, and when buildings are scheduled for rehab, they aren't included in the booking totals.

I'm excited to see what all is done around Christmas. We will be there Dec 23 - 29th in a one bedroom.

I'll be watching this too. I'm booked for HH in January. I actually had to waitlist for this location (which I got). I'm there for 17 days, so choose this location because we have a studio and we'll have to do laundry, so being near a pool was important for that reason. Guess we'll find out.

I am requesting 62 or 63 for medical reasons (elevator) and was wondering if there are any educated guesses on when the resort will be completed? I mean I love the rooms either way, just wondering!

Here's the map:

For the person who asked about 62-63-64...Those were the last buildings rehabed on the outside, so I would expect them to be the last rehabed on the inside as well. So far they seem to be following the interior rehab schedule the same as the extrior ones. 62-64 were being done on the exterior when we were there in March of this year, so I would expect them to be done on the interior by March of 2011.

I was in building 62 (has an elevator). I was recovering from back surgery and mentioned it when booking and I'm guessing that is why I got that location. It is a great location and was so nice and quiet.

Yep! That is absolutely my favorite building! Of course, we haven't stayed in any other area, just buildings 62&63. But if it ain't broke..........

I spoke to someone at the OKW front desk today trying to get information about the refurbishment schedule for HH buildings. She did not know which buildings were scheduled to be worked on next or when HH buildings would be finished. However she did say that buildings 34, 35, 51, and 53 are finished.
