OKW Parking Frustration

Wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience at OKW recently. We just moved back to Georgia and drove down to Disney for the first time in 2 years. It is our first time parking at OKW and our room is in building 16. During the day it is impossible to find a parking spot anywhere near the building. Most of the cars parked in the lots are employees, even though they have a huge employee lot a few buildings away.

It is expected to park far away at other resorts, but part of the allure of OKW and Saratoga, is to have your car close.

16 is not good, the big building across the street # 64 does not have a parking lot so you have to deal with all those cars also. DVC needs to resolve this problem.

Sorry 2 hear that...That can be a bummer...For I've stayed there but, only when not driving....Maybe there's less spots in that area than there were at buildings 31 in Turtle Pond.

Other factor is half of 17 is being worked on and only half that lot is open as well.

You could always head to the front desk and ask to speak to the manager about staff parking in guest parking.
