It's Tuesday now and A and I decide to make a quick change of plans. We're going to hit Animal Kingdom in the morning. M1 was on good behavior the night before, and he really wants to go, so we agree. Mom and Dad are having a shopping day with J&M2, so the rest of us get up and get ready. M1 has been up since before dawn, making noise and slamming doors. I get up and make the coffee and a view from the balcony shows another beautiful day! Pretty soon A and I are joined by Mom and Dad, and we spend alot of time sitting on the balcony looking over the golf course just relaxing. We make plans to meet up with the parents at Epcot toward dinner time, and off we go!

I had only been to AK twice before and A never had. The first time I went was its first year open and the animals weren't very cooperative. Plus, it was in June and unbearably HOT. We ended up leaving before lunch. Several years later, Mom and I went on our annual Mom/Daughter trip and had a much better time. It was April and still hot, but not boiling. This time it's November, the weather is perfect, and we're all excited.

A, M1, and I get to AK about 11am. We head to Africa to pick up a FP to the safari. We have about an hour, and the troups are hungry, so A and M1 said they saw a pizza place we had passed, so we headed there. I had never been to Pizzafari and wasn't expecting much. Turns out I was wrong. Not only was the decor very nice, the hot italian sandwiches M1 and I had were GREAT. A also enjoyed her pepperoni pizza, and refreshed we headed out to the African plains!

This was the best safari I had taken yet at AK. There were animals everywhere and A took a ton of great shots. She used a whole roll of film and when we got them developed later they were amazing. We got to see the male lion (although sleeping) which is something I've heard not a lot of people see. After the safari, we did the walking tour, and I got a killer pic of a giant bullfrog! M1 was fascinated by the bats, and Miss A was fascinated by everything! We skipped Kali River Rapids (no one wanted wet hair) and headed for ITTBAB. A screeched when the bugs filed out of the theater! Pretty funny!

It was about 2pm now and we headed out of AK to go back to the room and rest up. We were meeting my parents at 4pm at the International Gateway. We made some calls home, changed clothes, and off we went to find the Epcot bus. We were averaging about a 10-15 minute wait for buses, which I think is about average for OKW. We met Mom and Dad at the IG and we were off to see the world! We backtracked to Canada, where no one purchased any food. We headed to England, where I stopped for fish and chips and A and I watched "The Holy Grail" performers. For some reason we think this is hysterical and we get really into it: "Long live the King!" We stopped at the Russian food stop and had potato pancakes, and then off to France for champagne and creme brulee. Add some corned beef and cabbage from Ireland, some sushi in Japan and several glasses of wine/champagne and we ended up watching the 5th Dimension at the American Pavilion. They were really good and we had a great time!

By the time we got to Germany, we were all pretty much cooked! A and I are dancing around with our collection of wine glasses and our handy forks for all the food. Our motto was "Have fork, will travel!" The pics my mom was taking of us at this time were hysterical...we are thoroughly enjoying ourselves! We make it around the rest of WS to Mexico. A couple people in our group by Dos XX from the stand and A, M1 and I decided we're ready to call Epcot a day and head over to Peasure Island. It's about 8:30pm now. We say good bye to the parents and J&M2 and head to the busstop for OKW. Time to change again and head to the party! Day 4, Part 2 coming: Pleasure Island - A and I are dancing queens!

These are Great reports Thanks for taking the time to share with us. (Can't wait until PART II)
