OKW -Help with HH location

We have an upcoming reservation at OKW for a 2 bedroom dedicated HH location. My problem is that my inlaws will now be joining us. (Will now have a total of 6 people) My issue is they would like to rent scooters from an offsite company. How do I handle the scooter issue when I have already secured the HH booking? My husband has issues about staying ground floor as do I. We all hate snakes! I encountered 2 at POFQ last May and 1 frog right directly out side our ground level door. I couldn't open our door because the frog was in the door jam. Never want to stay on ground level again. Could we carry the scooters up the stairs?

Any suggestions?

There are a couple of buildings that have elevators - in the 60's I believe. Call member services to see what's possible. They are reasonably close to HH as well.

Buildings 62, 63, and 64 have elevators. They are not considered HH, but they are pretty darn close. I prefer that area to HH buildings 11-14. I'd probably call MS back, tell them your situation has changed, and see what they can do for you.

I just got back from a stay in building 23 and every morning on the way out I would see a few scooters plugged in on the ground floor. One of the users was staying on the 2nd floor, he would plug in then walk upstairs.
