OKW GV waitlist came thru...almost

I am so excited! We wait listed for 5 days for the GV and now have 4 of 5 nights...we may have to move on the last day to a 2bdrm and studio, but that's okay. In fact it is almost perfect since it will just reinforce my theory on OKW points are really a "must have" (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!). It's been an ongoing discussion w/ DH who like me loves, OKW but our contracts are at BCV and BWV. I'm thinking that the move may just be what pushes him off that fence .

That said, I still hope that with a little pixie dust we will get the GV for the last night.

Just curious, what do you get with the GV that you don't get with a 2 bd + a studio? We might have a group going down in 2006, and are wondering if it's worth the extra points.

I can answer this question when we get back from our December trip (we're staying in a GV, for the first time)

Have you seen pictures of the GVs? Check them out...they look sooooo nice!

Tamar, you get a whole lot more room and your whole group together. You have 4 full baths, 2 down and 2 up. We love the size of a GV and get one everytime we go. We like to take many extra people with us and it works great. I think it is well worth the extra points.
