OKW favorite section?

I was just wondering-for those of you who love OKW and have stayed in all four sections-if you have a favorite, which one is it?
We're planning on eventually having an answer to that question since we've stayed in 2 (Turtle Pond and South Point) and are hoping to try the others too. So which is your favorite? Why?

South Point - beautiful views, quiet, near the bus stop and pool. The only down side in my opinion is that it's a real long hike up to the hospitality house.

I think South Point, it is so quite and the view is great, the bus stop is one of the first, so we always get a seat. another thing is the location to the walking/jogging path

Our first 2 trips we stayed on Penninsular, bldgs 26 & 28. I liked 26 but was disappointed in 28, there was very little view because of trees and vegetation. I did noticed across the fairway a pond that I thought would be a pretty area, looked on the map and saw it was Turtle Pond Road. I requested it on our next trip with a water view and we got a building in the area I had been looking at from 28 - building 31 which we loved. Last year we got 43, which we also loved.

I like them all, each area has it's own positive points. However, my least favorite is Miller's Road area. I used to really like Miller's Rd., but now since the "new" buildings have eliminated the walkway, I don't like it as much. And I don't find the parking as convenient in the new buildings.

We stayed in bldg 62, is that Pennisula? I am really bad with directions or road names. But love the location!!!

South Point for the beautiful woodsy/water views (lots of wildlife), and closely followed by Turtle Pond (loved bldg 43) ! But I guess I'm a little biased as I've never stayed in the other sections.

The 4 times I've stayed at OKW I've always gotten Peninsula Road and I love it because of the convenience. And one of those times I was a there alone and I loved it because I felt safer walking to and from my room.

Both trips to OKW we stayed in #4321-Turtle Pond and we loved it-I like it ecause at the pool there they have the little snack bar, so you get a quiet pool with a little something extra.

I am feeling the urge to switch our ressies from BWV to OKW. Arggghh! The walking to 2 parks is what's keeping me at the BW this time- I am TORN!

When are your reservations for BWV?

We're going 10/22-10/29-F&WF is another thing making me lean towards staying at the BW. I wnat to be close to all the food.

Southpoint #56 was the first building we stayed in after joining DVC. I will never forget how thrilled I was. We were just in a studio but I was blown away by the whole area. Later we got a 2-bedroom and I was REALLY impressed... Buildings #56 and #55 are my favorites.

Darn it!! I wish your reservation was for Sept. I am on a waitlist for BWV for this time period and I was hoping I could get your reservation if you switched to OKW. Thanks anyway for the info.

Old Turtle Pond is our favorite.
Far enough from the activity at HH & Turtle Krawl to be quiet and restful. Close enough to walk there.
The bus stop is convenient, the views lovely. The quiet pool and snack bar just right.
