OKW Building 25 Question

We have booked two Grand Villas in the Old Key West Hospitality House area. Since there are only 2 GV in the HH area, we know they are side by side on the 2nd floor of Building 25.

My question is do they share the same outdoor staircase or will we have to go downstairs and back up the other staircase to go between rooms?

No idea, but wonder how you managed to get both HH GVs. Who did you have to bribe?

I can't answer the stair question but the layout sure looks like they would have the same stairs. This floor plan is from Touring Plans.

Here is a page from the Condo Drawing when Building 25 was declared for the DVC inventory in May 1993. It appears that both grand villas open onto the same landing, so you should be able to walk from one villa to the other without going down to the first floor.

Thank you! I had found the Touring Plans drawing, but it wasn’t as detailed as the Condo Drawing.

As to how I got both... research, planning, luck, and a tad bit of walking because it is right after July 4th next year.
