OKW Boat to DD question

With the new and larger boats to DD does anyone know if you can access the boats with an electric ECV. If so they would have to have a wider gate and a small ramp similar to the ones on the monorail or the boats at BWV.

I though you could always - not down the steps - but down the gate entry over at the swimming pools????

I know you can take a regular wheelchair down this - I guess I assumed the EVC went too....

I use an ECV while at WDW. I took it on the boat from OKW to DTD last May during Member Homecoming & again last December. There is a ramp at OKW - around the corner from the steps. The boat drivers were very nice about my getting on & off.
