OKW better price direct

I paid $87 per point for a 50 point OKW contract in 2015... I was just looking for additional small resale contracts in my use year and was also surprised about how much higher the price is now for small contracts. I'm seeing $105-$119 per point. Is this the norm now for OKW resale (70 or less points)?

It has become the norm for smaller contract to be priced at a premium.
