OKW and Magic Bands

I am going on back to back trips. I am going to OKW in early November with some family, and then I am moving over to BCV with just my DH.

I have been given the ability to customize my magic bands for the BCV part of my stay. I have not been given the ability to customize for the OKW part of my trip, there are 9 of us going to OKW, and currently the only ones of us who will have magic bands are my DH and myself.

Can this be fixed? am I doing something wrong?

Have you completed on-line check-in for the OKW reservation? If you have, redo the process without making any changes.

we have not done online check-in for either reservation. We got the BCV magic bands without online check-in... are we going to have to do online check-in for magic bands for the OKW part?

On-line check-in may or may not trigger MagicBands for the OKW portion.

And both reservations are linked to your MDE account and show up the same way? Aside from trying online checkin, you should probably call.
