This was asked elswhere recently. No kettle but there is a coffee maker and also a microwave. Most seem to use microwave as coffee maker does not get water hot enough for tea.
Other option is pick up a cheap kettle if you are there for a while.
We bought a cheap kettle on our second trip and use that for tea in the morning. Has done a few trips accross the states now. goes packed with tea bags and comes home packed with shpping.
I have been told that housekeeping may have some proper kettles that you can borrow on a first come first served basis because even the one beds only have a kettle that heats up on the hob.
Does anyone know the wattage in USA? I have a kettle that is 220-240V AC 50Hz 1850-2200W...will this work with a simple UK-USA plug adapter or will i need a wattage converter thing?
We had a travel kettle that was 'universal voltage' and would work on 110-240v - it did work in the US, but very slowly. I bought a new one that has to be switched to either 110v or 240v and it is so much faster

The tea kettles we have got from housekeeping before are ones that only work on a stove top so that wouldn't be any good if you are staying in a studio as there is no cooker.
