OKW @ 7 months

I would like to go to OKW next year and would like to know what the chances are of securing a reservation at the seven month period. I would like a studio and would be looking for the week after July 4th. Thanks for your help.

You should have no problem. My home resort is OKW. This past year, I reserved 12 days at OKW, including the July 4th week, at the 11 month window. At the 7 month window, I changed my reservation and stayed 5 days at OKW and 7 days at BWV instead. This was our first trip down as DVC members and we wanted to try both resorts. Supposedly, BWV is much harder to get at the 7 month window. OKW is a larger resort, with many more units. Good luck.

We reserved a 2 bedroom at OKW for this 7/22-7/27 at 7 months without a problem. Then when our travel group changed we were able to downsize to a 1 bedroom at 6 weeks out. Good luck, have fun. OKW is really beautiful and the units are really spacoius.
