I was doing so well, doing 5-6 days a week WATP in the mornings, and yesterday as I was leaving work, I fell and sprained my ankle and foot. 
The doctor said I am lucky I didn't fracture anything....all I could think of was my exercise......
I leave for FL next week and should be okay in terms of walking...still sore of course, but I can't do any workouts for at leat 4-7 days, depending on swelling.
I am just feeling so down today. I felt so motivated and I am so scared this is going to get me "out of the groove"!
Just could use some encouragment and motivation....
(I did manage last night to do some crunches, ankle brace and all!)

PS- By the way, I lost 1lb this week.
