Hi all! Thanks, TB! I feel loved!
This place is really hopping today. You'd think it was a rainy weekend or something!
I've been getting a little obsessive (which is a good thing) with this cleaning/organizing trip I'm on. Definitely no time to mess around with a thread full of the usual cast of the anti-professional-women's league. Anyway, even though I worked 10.5 hours today, I still did a good deal of cleaning already tonight. Woo hoo! I even did my 5-minute "room rescue" during my lunch break! I've been cleaning my junk room 5 minutes at a time, and it's getting really clean! I couldn't even walk through it when I started!
I might let my "one date per month" goal slip. I've lost all interest; more interested in staying on track with the current housekeeping goals. Boring, I know, but it really is a life change I'm looking for with this. I am purging the clutter to allow room for stress-free fun time.
Did I miss where Disney decided to move? Talk about stressful! I hate having to find a place to live on short notice. Or is she moving in with "work guy"? Hmmmmm....
Legs--I am dying to see NYC, but I think I would stay in my hotel room if I went during the winter!
PW -- well if that isn't "falling into place," I don't know what is!!
Sorry about the math troubles. I loved math but unfortunately don't use any more than the most simple conversions. However, I couldn't explain it to save my life. It was like trying to explain why yellow and blue make green -- it just does; isn't it obvious??? I knew I wasn't a teacher when I got an award for making the school's higest grade in geometry even though I was in the gifted section, AND I placed in the state's geometry contest, BUT my boyfriend FAILED geometry (average section)even after I tried to teach it to him every day after school.
Anyway, I don't even remember what the point of calculus is any more.
OK if I weren't so opposed to spending hours on the internet, I might be tempted by you guys to try this eHarmony again. We could see if I get that "no one loves you, you freak!" letter again!
I hope you don't have a nervous breakdown, FM. Take it from me; it really is only worth it if you're in between semesters or jobs.
Let's just say I dropped a LOT of classes, the honors college, and a major during my second semester of college.
Hope everyone gets over all their sicknesses soon. Seems like the sick season is on its way out. (it's Sooo 2003
