Yes, you should go back to school! It's worth it in the long run. Although I'm thinking of dropping out for a while to work again. It's a viscious cycle. I don't mind doing papers. I would much rather do that than read from the book! Reading puts me to sleep, and it takes me forever! Give me research and papers any day.
And not sure if I could juggle a FT job, single parenthood, and school. And I'm 41. Is it worth the cost, time, and effort this late in the game? School is sooooo much more expensive than when I went 20 yrs ago when my parents footed the bill.I hear you! I'm still searching!! No, I haven't yet. I did when I was single and in school, but not as a single parent. I don't have much of a support network here. Although I've had friends help in the past when I had night meetings at work, I always feel like it's an imposition. It's not like DS can go to his aunt's or grandmother's for the evening. I don't have that. It's either work OR school. I can't do both at the same time. It STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!
