Okay, I'm back!

I just finished my Pilates tape and checking in here for the first time in about a month. I didn't plan on taking "time off" but my daughter had an emergency and everything else didn't seem to matter. It has taken me several weeks to get myself ready to climb back on the wagon but today I'm ready to announce that I'm back! My daughter is okay and everything associated with it seems to have worked itself out. Now I have some time (and pounds) to make up for but I'm ready to recommit. I still want to wear my bikini for my cruise in August so now it's work, work, work for me!

Thanks for the warm welcome back! After I posted here I went out to my family room and was flipping through channels. I found the Health Channel and they were about to start an aerobics session. I thought what the heck which quickly turned to "I'll be lucky if I make it five minutes without gasping for air on the floor" but I'm happy to announce that I surprised myself and made it the entire half hour! It was even better because I had a lot of fun doing it~~it was a funky dance routine and I love to dance. It feels good to be back.

My daughter is almost healed physically and emotionally she is doing much better. Thank you.

Thanks again guys! I think I have finally figured out how to post a picture so I thought I would try adding it here first. It's of me and my daughter (my son is in the background) from our trip last May to WDW! I'm about 10 lbs heavier than in the picture~~mooo!

You don't look like you qualify to say "mooo" to me, go find my photo and you'll see why.

Kath, I've seen your picture and you are beautiful! I don't think I've seen a recent photo of you but I'm sure you're smaller than me by now, not that it matters. I'm just hard on myself~~always have been. I think I have the funhouse mirror syndrome! Thanks for the compliments!
