I need to buy a Fl. res. seasonal pass for my 3 year old son. No problem. I can buy the pass at SOG and not pay any taxes. Still, no problem. However, they will only give me an exchange certificate. Where do I exchange it for the pass? If MK is our first park, where do I exchange the certificate? At the TTC? Can I do it at the resort? What are my options here?

We have had AP's for the rest of the family and this is the first time I have dealt with this. Thanks for the help.

Othwise titled "where is the MK ticket window?"

Get off Monorail or boat, head through security, then where? Can't get through the turnstiles yet.

The certificates need to be exchanged at Guest Services at any of the 4 parks or at Downtown Disney. Guest Services are located before the turnstiles.

Guest services, at the Magic Kingdom, is to the right after you pass through security.

Depending on what time you arrive, if you get there in the evening...you can head over to Guest Services @ DTD because they are open late and there's hardly ever a line. We did that on the night of our arrival and looked around DTD a bit before grabbing a yummy sundae at the Ghiradelli Fountain and then heading back to our resort for the night.
