O'kay, any new SSR add-on promotions going on right now?

We added on when DVC was doing the 100 extra incentive points promotions for add ons over 120 points.

My DVCer Aunt missed the boat. She is now thinking of adding on and is exploring resale as well as direct. I sent her over to the 3 major resale websites. She wanted me to check the current DVC promotions, if any, so that she could make an informed decision.

So, anyone out there who knows? Maybe because they are in the middle of an add-on transaction? My information is way outdated.

I believe that thru DVC they are currently giving $8 per point, so instead of paying $98 per point it is $90 per point. Also, there are no closing costs to buy thru DVC, but you must buy at least 150 points.

Spoke to my (soon to be) Guide today. He said you get an $8 per point discount ($90 instead of $98) and they backdate the point to March.
So you'd get March 2005 points now and then the other points in March 2006.
No maintenance fees on the 2005 points.

I just bought with a march UY and I will have to pay prorated MFees. The points are bankable but the 100% window is the end of August. We are using half this Dec. and banked the other half which gives us a really good amount for next year.
