Hey all! I have not been to the gym yet, so I can't post anything regarding loss or workout success...I'll be heading there soon, so I will post again then. I just noticed a lot of people putting down that they want to drink more water during this challenge, which I believe to be awesome! It really does help. Here is my little two cent idea... I know you have all probably seen those Nalgene water bottles, so now my suggestion is to buy one! I have both a large one (32 oz) and a small one (16 oz), and it helps me to keep track of how much water I am drinking. I aim to drink either 2 large ones or 4 small ones a day, which is the recommended 64 ounces. It's just an idea! I have mine all decked out with Tinkerbell and I just love it! So, just a little idea, it really helps raise my awareness as to how much I am drinking. I'm gonna run up to Lifetime now...I'll post again soon! Hope everybody is having a good start on the challenge!

I look forward to going through this with y'all!
I'm glad I did! I feel so much better after I exercise!

You can buy them with weights and a belt? though I dont have that.
even if it was cold. Even having to go to work on a Monday didn't even get me down. I ate very healthy all day, did NOT buy a soft preztel at lunch even though I love them, and tonight just had some salad and matzo ball soup (we're not Jewish, but DH loves to cook foods from all different ethnicities). It was very good and filling. Oh yes, I also logged in all my points on the WW website, and best of all, I did NOT freak when my 18 yo daughter showed me the tattoo she got three months ago, (but didn't tell me until tonight), and it couldn't be more ugly! I hate it, but managed to keep most of my feelings to myself, though she does know how disappointed I am, and not just because of the nature of the tattoo, but that she even got the tattoo in the first place. Maybe I dressed her in frilly pink clothes too much while she was growing up? Who knows?

that it will soon be gone! Enjoy your mental health week--it sounds great!
