i guess those of you who don't get it never did the fortune cookie thing when you were growing up? it's just a joke. it's not complex. sometimes when you add "in bed" after a fortune cookie saying (or thread title) it is funny. that's it.

Oh now I get it. Duh! You're right, I never really did the whole chinese restaurant/fortune cookie thing growing up and I had no idea there was a running "in bed" joke about them. Thanks for the info.

LOL, my mom told me that when she was a kid that she and her sister would read out the names of hymns and add "under the covers" at the end.

OK I get it now too!!! Never heard of the fortune cookie thing but if the "in bed" part went with the cookies THAT would be cute!!!(it still doesn't really make sense here in regular posts to me)
