Has any other cheapskates amongst you :teeth: tried to watch Epcot's fireworks from just ouside Epcot at International Gateway? If so

a. Can you?
b. Is it a decent view?
c.After the fireworks are over and Epcot is closing will they let you cut through Epcot to the buses?

I'm not really cheap, but I have a park-free day so I figured I'd visit Boardwalk in the evening and could maybe still see the fireworks. Then I realised it would be a pain getting back to AS Sports from Boardwalk. If 'C' isn't an option can you walk around the road from Boardwalk to Epcot's bus pick up?

TIA

8 days and counting........ :jumping1:

a. You are better off watching from the bridge that connects BW with BC.
b. okay view. won't be able to see the low level fireworks.
c. I think you are outta luck here; other option take a resort bus BW or BC to DTD and transfer there to AS sports. To be honest i have never heard of anyone cutting through the park to get a bus after closing, but I'm sure it's been done. Walking around to the front without going through the park is out of the question.

We were at the Boardwalk one night for dinner and watched the fireworks right from in front of the shops and restaurants. We had a decent view of the high ones.
