OK Stupid newbie question

How do you guys get pictures attached to your posts, and things like the places you have stayed the last several years?

I know there has to be a way to edit your profile or something to do this, but I cant figure it out. Thanks in advance.

I got the picture, but still cant figure out how some of you list the hotels you ahve stayed at over the years.
