...(snip)...Daitcher...I disagree with you wholeheartedly on "room ready" as a good policy. I think they should apply the requests placed at the time the reservation is made, in the date order they are made (earliest reservations get first dibs). Unfortunately, far too many DVCers have shown up early and raised a ruckus when their requests were not met...thus the "room ready" policy, which I believe is really intended to help out the poor front desk CM's. .........
