OK...Just how big is SSR?

Yes, we were close to the pool at Congress Park. We used this pool a couple times in the evening and it was very nice. During the daytime though we prefer te main pool. Gotta be close to the pool bar, you know! LOL!

We are just back from our first visit to SSR and I was very concerned about being far from the action of the main building, main pool, etc. I requested the Springs section but was told that we could not be accommodated and that we were assigned a 2 bedroom villa in the Congress Park section. I was a bit disappointed because I wanted to be closer but I'm sure so do most people so we just resigned ourselves to take what we were given. Imagine how surprised we were when we were given a building in the springs section right across the roadway from the main building. We loved being so close to everything.

A few mornings instead of working out in the gym I walked the property following the walking path and was surprised just how close everything is. I honestly would not mind staying in the Paddock or Congress Park section in the future if we can't get the Springs section. SSR is so beautiful and we had just a relaxing pampering (spa treatments - ahhhh) trip, we absolutely can't wait to go back!

You can definitely count my family in the "love SSR" camp!
