THEY SELL WINE AT THE STORE?!?!?!
That is the best news I have heard all day. I will just pack a screwdriver...please tell me more...what labels and what price ranges??
I'm thinking I ordered Beef (and the appetizer wings of course!) so I must've found a nice Merlot! No need to pack a screwdriver (or the absolutely must have screwpulls!) The shop that sells both red and white wines (not a huge selection, but nice, whites are chlled too!) will pull the cork for you, free of charge!!
I just cant tell you how I look back over that memory! Its the little things you remember!! I hadnt planned it, in fact we decided to eat some of the food stuffs I had bought for lunches, which dd was enjoying (I had bread, cheese, peanut butter, chips or pretzels, and fruit) but decided to take a walk, and saw the Kona Cafe, and wondered hmmmmm and I asked the hostess, she gave me a menu, I ordered, she gave me a pager, then I wandered over to the gift shop, found the wine... (and dh does have a swiss army knife) but as I was checking out when she asked if I needed a corkscrew, I thought she was going to sell me one, nope, she pulled it out and said "no charge"... So while dd was entertained with her TV, and the items she had purchased, plus those coloring books and crayons we packed brand new... dh and I had our feet up, and sat and talked while looking out at our fabulous view!!
I also reccommend the pineapple Lupa Lupa's! I know they were expensive, but I'm telling you, sitting on the beach with a pineapple in my hand while watching wishes... it felt worthy of our Wedding Anniversary!
Also, I will say DD enjoyed standing in the pool watching the fireworks! It was hard to get her out of the pool - I teased, why did we come to Disney, it would've been cheaper to spend a week at Wisconsin Dells!!
