ok, I need help!!

I feel really dumb! I think I am pretty computer literate, but I just cannot get this to work.

Amy was gracious enough to create some designs for me. So, I right click on them and hit "Save picture as", I create the file name and then I can choose to have the files either .art or .bmp. So I choose .bmp files, but I cannot open then anywhere!!! There are saving under "My Pictures" files.

What am I doing wrong?!?!?!

Try to save them as a JPEG. That is what my computer default is and I have no problem opening in either word or paint. See if that works, if not, post again.

Ok, so I apparently have them a .jpeg but it wont let me view them. Can you email them to me? maybe if i download them??
