Value Season: January 1 - February 11; July 5 - September 29; October 31- December 19
Regular Season: April 18 - July 4; September 30 - October 30
Peak Season: February 12 - April 17
Holiday Season: December 20 - 31


code EPW is blacked out for thanksgiving - which is value season at the deluxes --- see above---(rack rate- poly garden view = 285/night) best deal right now is just book with a AAA discount bringing it to $254.15/nt.


My OCTOBER dates fall into their REGULAR season (which is HIGHER than value)- for the same room, $385/night!

BUT with the EPW code applied to the oct dates it saves $115/nt. bringing the rate down to $229/nt which is still $25/nt less than AAA.

No Florida Resident rates yet and no AP rates other than the Honeymoon suite at the WL for our dates (11/11-11/14). Hehe, the honeymoon suite would be nice, but I can't justify the $$.

Wow, isn't it amazing how three little letters can make the pages multiply I found no rates available at BC 10/9-10/17, but did get the Poly GV for 199/night before tax

Are you sure about that rate? I was quoted $229 as was all the other quotes I've seen for Poly GV.

On the AP rate: Are you guys seeing a percentage cut, or a dollar amount? I'm looking at about a 27% total savings on my garden concierge Poly room for Oct 2-8.
(Oct 8-9 is still at rack.)

That sounds right-$344 rack less flat $ off of $115=$229 plus tax....

I got the same as other of $229 for 10/8-10/15. Did you use the AP code??

Finally, they released the AP codes for Oct-Dec 25.. We saved $82.00 more dollars fromm AAA discount rate on ASM!

Yep, it is sooo true. I saw the $49 and ran with it. Just called back and booked my room for the 16 nites BUT it cost me $77.97 with tax for the AS during the middle of Octoer. I am sort of hoping that I will have to call back with a lower rate soon. Part of me is a bit worried that something bad would have to happen for it to be so and I would rather pay more for that to happen but if people decide to stay home and they have to fill the rooms I am perfectly willing to take a discount and will happily accomodate them. LOL

Hey, right back at cha Indiana. LOL One of my favorite authors is a a Bronte. Actually, more than one. (grin)

My TA emailed me a total rate of 1996.97 tax included...

199.00 times 9 equals $1791.00 i think

tax at 11.5% is 205.97

Grand total $1996.97


I don't have any reason to doubt this rate, but I will post again once the charges come through on my CC.

If your dates from your earlier post are correct you are only there 8 nights (assuming you arrive the 9th and leave the 17th). That should work out to 229 per night. I know wishful thinking I'd like a couple extra nights too

Now I'm wondering if I should call back and specifically ask for EWP as some people are reporting $49 for values...but I think that is for dates in Nov. ????

Am I right? Will $69 be what it really is during reg. season?
