Hello everyone, I followed someones WISH 2005 Marathon link and here I am.
I started WW in the beginning of February and did great in the beginning but as my wedding drew closer I totally fell off the program and stopped exercising.
I just got back from my first weigh in since the wedding and am ready to start over.I am a total carb addict and I just don't loose if I eat too many carbs so I will be doing a low carb WW type diet.
I REALLY would love to do the 2005 half marathon but have no idea how to start training.
I just love all of the support and good energy on this board and hope that I can stick with it this time as I have 70-80 pounds to loose.
