Ok, so I have yet to get any you know...lingerie type items.....

Let me know where you got yours, what sites and/or stores you think have a nice selection etc....

The last time I asked a shopping type question about jewelery, you guys were very helpful and it was Lynn actually who gave me the idea to just check dept. stores and I found a bracelet and earrings at Nordstrom that I really like! (I still have to post pics in my PJ of them!) shoot! I keep forgetting!!!

Anyway, let me know about your......lingerie items if you wouldn't mind..

I Love VS they always have cute stuff it is alittle $$ I've been waiting for the bridal stuff to come in and every time I go in nothing so I finally asked and they told me that every store should be getting in their bridal stuff April 6th!! So that might be why they don't have anything.

Both Victoria Secrets & Fredricks of Hollywood are a great place to start, lots of lace, garters, gloves the whole shibang! I also found some very nice corsets at JC Penny once! Type in Sexy lingerie in your google & you'll be amazed at what you can find. From Lace to leather, stilettos & thigh high boots! Good luck & have fun

I got my 'wedding night' outfit at Macy's. I wanted a white silk nightgown knee length with a floor-length while silk robe. I couldn't find the set ANYWHERE! But found it at Macy's finally! That last place I thought to look! I also had a lingerie shower and got a lot of stuff from VS & other dept stores. I loaded up on VS 'Sexy Little Things' panties before the HM too

There's a VS outlet in Orlando with lots of "outfits" for $10.

But you can always check clearance areas online, white isn't to easy to find.

Thanks for the info! I've been wondering this too. I noticed (since I've been engaged for 2 years now) that VS usually has the sexy little things bridal panties around May.

I seriously have to take pics of all my VS Bridal panties and post them! I think I more than enough for each day of the HM!

I got mine from Victorias Secret also. It was a lacy white nightie with thongs that matched. It had some light blue detail so it was good for a wedding night. I don't see it on their website now but they did have some other cute things in their bridal section.

I'm kind of a lingerie queen I don't know how it happened, but I have 5 dresser drawers full of just lingerie! Most of it came from Frederick's of Hollywood. They have "sweet" items and some very naughty items and the prices are reasonable. You can order on line and I've found them to be true to size but sometimes slightly big. If you have a Frederick's store the salespeople are very helpful so feel free to try on everything! I have a few items from Macy's and Penney's too. I only have bras and a few nighties from VS because I've found them to be pricey. Don't get me wrong, I'm willing to spend for excellent quality and I have a couple of very expensive items from high end retailers, but unless you hit a good sale, I haven't found the VS prices to be worth what you're getting. And really, how long do you "wear" it anyway - it's not like you'll be lounging for hours in your wedding night ensemble Have fun shopping!!

I haven't looked in dept. stores yet, it's on my list for the next couple of weeks for things to get.
Yeah, I actually worked for the Olga Bra Company and in various intimate apparel companies when I worked in the fashion industry and VS was known for not great quality stuff. Their assortment is good and I like their designs etc. though. What I really like for the sexy stuff is Agent Provacateur!! but I don't have the body to pull that stuff off right now.

I like Natori/Betsy Johnson.....there's a website I found called unveiledbride or something like that.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other sites...I am glad some of you found stuff in Macy's!!! I'm worried that they won't have anything very bridal(y). But Macy's is easy enough to get to for me (and Lord and Taylor and Bloomies). I guess I'll start with those, but as some of you have said, I don't want to be spending loads of $$ on something I won't be wearing that long!

My best friend and his girlfriend bought me 6 lingerie outfits, all of which were just beautiful and classy (even if one or two of them were a bit racy), and several of the ensembles were from JCPenny. In fact,my favorites -- one in turquoise with a pleated skirt and another in red w/black embroidery -- are both from there.

I used to sell lingerie for Neiman Marcus and I bought GOBS of stuff then. Gorgeous sets made in France - ooh la la. Of course, this was years before I had kids and now hardly any of it still fits. I have lost weight recently and got out my box of "goodies" and washed it all, so maybe I should try on a few outfits.

I have found cute stuff at Marshall's, TJ Maxx and Ross, very reasonably priced (one piece outfits). Again, this was pre-kids (10 years ago) but may be worth checking out. I was in Ross the other day and I saw some cotton sets - not wedding-like, but I didn't look further because I had the kids with me.
