Looks like we may have an offer coming in!! Gal was here for an hour and a half LOVED the house, has been watching it online for weeks and realized she needed to get going to get the refund. She went through every room several times, took pictures, was saying "we could put Shawn in here and Jeff in here..." "we wouldnt have to paint anything, these are the prefect colours for everyone!" "this is EXACTLY what I want, the kitchen is gorgeous..." She was just sitting outside the house in her car and J went out to talk to her and we invited her in. I said "keep in mind that we just finished homeschooling so its kind of messy" she came through and said "wheres the mess? my kids dont homeschool and it looks way worse than this!"
She told me she is pre approved and had everything lined up and was planning on going home to call her realtor to tell her she wanted to make an offer!
Please pray that it all goes through! Our realtor thinks we can get it done in time so that is a big motivator for her to put in an offer right away.
