Yes the Dole whip is counted as a snack on the new snack options for DDP. I did much research on this and can tell you it is true!!!

at the magic kingdom in adventureland- it is across from swiss family treehouse basically.

delicious! i get the float with pineapple/vanilla swirl ice cream and pineapple juice. not sure if the float is also considered a snack or not- i plan to find out when i am there, otherwise, i'll pay OOP
