I was really holding out for VGF2 but I think pricing will really be about 200+ per point.

do you guys think a poly contract for 200 points; March use year; 200 banked into 2022 is an ok deal at $164/pp? Buyer to pay '22 dues and closing costs.

Thank you!!

That seems like market value to me. I love and own at the Poly, but make sure you're okay with it if you were considering VGF. All studios is cool with me, but people do have a problem with it.

we do have a family of 6 - but will always bring a family member along and for that reason prefer 2 studios.
Also , I was thinking that if there are only studios added to grand Floridian, the 1 and 2 bedrooms would be harder to get even at the 11 months window anyways.

Why not wait for a bit longer and see what the pricing and incentives are for VGF? There are lots of guesses about it but nobody actually knows.

The PVB deal is in a range of what a few others have posted and the banked points are attractive. Is that after negotiating or just the asking? If just asking then you might offer a bit less. It's a large contract so those often sell for a bit less per point compared to smaller contracts. In the end it's about you feeling happy with it and if it's just the right one then it's good. :)

Regarding availability of larger villas at VGF quite a bit depends on when you are planning to travel. I think that for most of the year it's going to be possible to book larger villas right at 11 months. The high point charts are likely still going to push people towards the studios vs larger villas. Personally I don't love the thought of PVB for a family of 6 although it likely would be ok but a resort with larger villas sounds like a better fit to me.

Sounds like Poly could be a good fit, then. I think the price is good, not amazing. If your patient, I agree with the above poster about waiting for VGF to compare. I don't believe PVB will see much price movement between now and then.

Patience is a struggle for me, so no judgement if you pull the trigger 😉
