Hey, what do y'all call bathrooms over there? I call them Potties or Bathrooms, but have been known to say WC to confuse my real southern friends.

Ok Shannon..........Bathroom to us is just that a bathroom where you go to have a shower.

The ones that you use when you are out shopping or at the parks we just call toilets or sometimes restrooms, but you guys call of them bathrooms. Weird!!!!

I like the name Fairy Floss... that's cool.

Some of the Australian terms we say up here in Canada... for instance skipping ropes we call either jump ropes or skipping ropes (usually skipping)... and napkins are also sometimes called serviettes. It seems as though there's similarities between Australian terms and English terms, and with the English influence on Canada that would make sense that we have some of the same terms then.
