OK Another Pool Home Community: Cumbrian Lakes

Ok I have posted that my Canadian cousin has been checking into pool home communities near Disney. She has found this one in Kissimmee off Poinciana and it looks nicest of all the ones she has found.

It is a gated community, pretty new homes and not far from Disney.

So has anyone stayed in this area? I am figuring its in a decent enough location.
