When did you go in 2006?? We were there in OCT in 2006 too. Reya's first DL trip.
HUH! I'll have to check that thread out. lol.
Can anybody tell me if the Child Swap has the same rules that apply at WDW. Are you allowed to take up to 3 people with you when you use it?![]()
I don't know. I've used it before when my kids were little, but back then you could only take one other person with you. So you might want to call and double check. Can anybody tell me if the Child Swap has the same rules that apply at WDW. Are you allowed to take up to 3 people with you when you use it?![]()
Hey! I just caught up and now I am back.
I love your plans. I cannot believe that we leave three weeks from today. We plan to do a beach day, too. I really, really want to visit Newport Beach!!
Missed ya!
I think your right. I don't mind if I see someone worth taking my picture with.I think you have to pay those people to get pictures of them/with them. I could be wrong though.
My son took a pic with Jason and Freddy. We gave them $2 and they were happy. They just want a tip basically.I think your right. I don't mind if I see someone worth taking my picture with.![]()
Does anybody know if you can make reservations for ESPN zone in Downtown Disney?![]()
Sorry, I've never eaten there, but here is their number: (714) 300-3776
And their website might have some info: http://www.espnzone.com/anaheim/
Have you heard much about the food there? The menu sounds good, but I wonder what kind of reviews it gets.
We have one here in Denver and it's pretty tasty. I was checking out the menu and it has lots of fatty yummy looking food. Something I will most likely want to enjoy after being on this diet for so long.Anything loaded with cheese sounds so good right now. ((I'm not allowed to have cheese on my particular diet))
We also ate there when went to DL back in 2004. It was nice because there was an hour wait but since there was only 2 of us we got to be seated right away. Won't be the case this time around so I hope we can make reservations. Plus I know the guys will love it, especially my husband. The ESPN junkie that he is.

I'm just wondering because my son would probably love it there. I was thinking of doing it during our October trip, but since we have one in Vegas, maybe I will wait and take him there for his b-day in December.
I'm not sure we can work it in on our October trip, but I will keep that in mind for my son's b-day. And something cheesy does sound good right now!! LOL
My brother and I used to take each other there on our birthday's when I still lived in Orange County. The food was always pretty good though the prices can be a little steep.
I'm not sure about the reservations. Downtown Disney is a little like the WDW restaurants where a reservation doesn't always equate to immediately being seated. ESPN zone would like to get you checked in so you can then hit the bar, shop in the gift store or play games upstairs. There is plenty to keep you busy during the half hour to 45 minute wait we usually had.
Yes, there's one in the NYNY hotel. I hope you get your Ellen tickets!!If your son loves sports you can't go wrong! You have one in Vegas don't you?
