I see this question asked a lot for which is better for kids, but what about adults? DFI and I will be honeymooning in December. We're staying in the Poly as well. We're not big on buffets, but if we have to do it, we'd rather do it for breakfast. For instance Boma is on our breakfast ADR list. So what do you think?

Since you're staying at the Poly, I'd vote for Chef Mickey's so you can check out CR for a change. FWIW, for food alone, I personally like dinner better at 'Ohana and breakfast better at CM. Kona Cafe is the better choice at the Poly for adults for any meal, IMO.

DFI and I look at Kona's menu and nothing appealed to us. He doesn't eat fruit, and I'm not a big banana fan so no Tonga toast for us.

From an adult's point of view, I prefered Ohana's breakfast, but then again, I also prefer waiter/waitress service to a buffet when it is just my DH and I. Food selection wise, there is no question that Chef Mickey's has a wider selection.
