We are working on our dining plans, and can't decide which of these to do. We're doing Chef Mickey's for dinner one night and then our other ts is the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Epcot. So which of these two(Ohana or Cape May) would you do? We lean towards the characters at Ohana since they are different than Chef Mickey's but like the buffet food options at Cape May. I'd love to hear from people who have been to one of these. OUr other option is to skip a second character breakfast and do the Cinderella dinner at Park Faire. Our reservation with that one is the menu--I know people rave about it but my husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy and I am afraid he won't find much to eat there--I know he won't eat 90% of the things I see listed on the menu!
So please advise! Thanks!

Cape May Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants. It'sbetter than Ohana.

I did O'hana back when Mickey was still there. My DW and i had a had a good time, but felt the food was rather bland. Now on the other hand we enjoyed Cape may for both the Food and interaction. wasn't as loud as other Charecter Buffets. That being said, the Charecters at Cape may are the same as at Chef Mickey's, so O'hana might be a choice to see some different Charecters(lilo and stich). :confused3

Cape May is our favorite character breakfast. The character interaction was great and the food was even better. Its a nice atmosphere and just a good way to start a day.

We had the same dilema. I like the idea of food being brought to your table at 'Ohana, especially since we have a 9 month old DS. On the other hand, we are staying at YC, so the convenience factor was an issue with Cape May.

In the end, the convenience of Cape May won out. Glad to head everyone so far liked Cape May better than 'Ohana.

I'll let everyone know what I think when I get back. We had ADR for July 2. :cool1:

We start every trip with a meal at Chef Mickey's (usually dinner on the first day). Then, our last breakfast is traditionally at Cape May. We love the food, the atmosphere, the characters. I've never done the breakfast at 'Ohana though so I can't make any comparisons.
