Ohana'a

We have not eaten at Ohana's and are wondering about the way they go about serving. Does each skewer have an assortment of meats and vegetables on it or does each skewer contain only one kind of meat?

We ate there in May 2005. Each skewer had one kind of meat. It is brought to your table and you can select how much of the meat/shrimp you want.

each skewer has only one kind of meat. There's turkey, steak, pork, shrimp - 4 skewers. Usually they bring 2 skewers at a time and you just tell them how many pieces you want.

the vegetables are green beans and salad that are set in the middle of your table as part of the appetizers. The only things on the skewers are meat and more meat. Everything else is on the table already, green beans, salad, shrimp wontons, and honey wings.

you don't get the skewers, the waiters have big ones and they serve you from that. We love Ohana's.
