Ohana Question

We have dinner reservations for out last night there. I've been reading reviews and I haven't read of anyone who has had a good meal there? Should I stick with Ohana or try to change to something else? Has anyone eaten there and had a great meal lately?

O'hana is one of my favorites! I cannot imagine not enjoying it. Some of the meats are a bit dry - that's my only complaint, but the dipping sauces ROCK - like shoe leather would taste good in those... LOL!

Ohana is fabulous! We absolutely LOVE it It is our only must do in all of WDW! You'll see alot of people complain that they feel rushed, but I think that since it's a "family style" service that it's just fine! Never have felt rushed and never have had bad food either

Ohana is so good, don't cancel. Love the wings, shrimp and bread pudding, so yummy! We will be eating there next week.

I really haven't seen anyone who disliked 'ohana. I think its very good. Stick with it

We have an ADR for December and got the day and time I wanted but having second thought. It will be our first time and I have been reading the good and the bad but I'm going to try b/c I will never know unless my family tries...if its good then that great and if its bad then at least I can say we have tried it and done that restaurant and check it off my list.

We were there in May and we LOVED it! The food was plentiful and excellent! We were a large party of 12 and all were very satisfied. I would absolutely eat there again. Actually, it was one of our best meals during our 10 day vacation and we did the dining plan so we ate constantly and way too much! LOL

That's funny...I have been having the same second thought. I have a ressie for Ohana, but I was thinking about changing to Kona. I have read several posts that said they wished they had gone to Kona instead. But I'm glad to hear all the positives...so I'm back to leaning toward Ohana

Ohana is our favorite WDW restaurant!

We're going there twice on our next trip ... both at 9:40 pm (yuck!) ... but it was that or nothing, so what are you gonna do? We would have been SO disappointed if we weren't able to get a ressie there at all!

well I just went to Ohana the other night and Kona, I enjoyed both the service was another story at both of them, but the food was good for WDW !If your on the dining plan Ohana is a good use of a TS credit! I did notice that the food and service was not as good as it was last year, you can tell that WDW has made some cuts but other than that you wont leave Ohana hungry!

We ate at Ohana last night, this was our third TS and our best so far. The only tip I can give you is when they come around with the meat scewers get as much as you want (don't be shy) because it takes awhile for them to come back around to you.

Omgoodnesss!!!!! O'HANA'S .iT'S THE BEST!!!!!!!! I love the curry chicken,the noodles ,even the salad was yummy!

We had to cancel our trip.It's what I miss most!

What about noise level? Is Ohana really loud? My kids are 4 and 3 and I am sure they'd enjoy Ohana, but I wonder if it would be overstimulating to spend most of the day at MK and then head to Ohana.

Not OP, but I am leaning towards canceling my Ohana ressie due to reports of very dry/bad food. I am also concerned about noise level. I'm thinking of Kona Cafe instead.
