Ohana or California Grill

I was browsing ADR's online and came across an open ADR for Cali Grill at 9:35pm (perfect time to try to watch Hallowishes). Both are high up on the lists of places I want to eat. And I may end up paying about the same for both as at Cali I plan on only really getting some sushi and a flatbread, unless I discover some extra money and get an entree. So which do you think I should keep?

California Grill has much better food. Just my opinion though.

Foodwise, California Grill is far better. Ohana isn't even in the same league. If a 9:35 ADR works for you, than I would go to CG.

If I could only choose one... It would be the California Grill hands down. Both are excellent restaurants. If a late dinner works for you, there's no reason not to do the Cali Grill.

I would rather eat at Ohana's. I love the atmosphere and food more. Ohana's is my #1 must do, and 8 trips later it's still a must do. We did Cali once. We dressed nice, but saw others in their park clothes and loud kids. The menu didnt have the flatbreads. They sat us two close to another couple, a bit too close, i like space. Ohana's spaces you more than we got at Cali. We didnt care for the appetizers we got, we could not even remember it besides not liking it. The filet was ok. It couldnt compare to the teryaki steak at Kona. Dessert was ok too, nothing like the bread pudding at Ohana's though. It was nice watchign the fireworks from the deck outside. Just wish my batteries didnt die! I wouldnt eat at Cali again, i'd much rather Ohana, Kona, WCC or any other place. I would recommend trying each place once for yourself.

Cali Grill all the way. The views and the food are amazing!

Definitely California Grill ... we love the fact their menu changes with the seasons and the view can't be beat!! We've never had a bad meal there and it's on our to do list every trip! We actually prefer it over Boma

Although we aren't big fans of California Grill, we definitely agree that its much better than 'Ohana. They aren't even in the same class.

I chose CG since that's where we'll be eating when we go .

California Grill by a landslide. Ohana just can't compare. We dine there every trip and even DS who is 8 always asks to eat there. Neither DS nor DH has ever once asked to eat at Ohana again.

California Grill has much better food, atmosphere, etc. Enjoy your dinner regardless of where you decide to go

I did not like the food at Ohanas except for the salad and wings. The meat was dry and the other sides were from okay to bad. I love Cali Grill, been there a few times and plan to go back in November. The food is excellent and so is the service. You time would be a little late for me, but I would either keep trying or find somewhere else, you couldn't pay me to go back to Ohanas.
