I know that the characters really put on a great show at Park Fare and that Ohana's has great food. My girl who is 9 will be going to a breakfast character meal at Ohana's but we were also thinking of going to Park Fare for a dinner character meal. Should we choose to skip Park Fare and go with Ohana's for dinner ? We will be staying at the Poly and I really would like to try Ohana's but then again my little girl would like to see Cinderella and the step sister. She said she would be ok with not going to the character meal at PF. Which one should we choose ?
We do not have enough TS meals on our dining plan or time to do both.

Ohana breakfast is good, but can't compare with Ohana or 1900 PF dinners--IMO.

I'd use my TS for the dinners and just have counter service for breakfast or pay OOP if yu want TS breakfast.

Yes I plan to pay for the breakfast at Ohana's OOP. But I cant decide which to do for dinner 1900 Park Fare or Ohana's.

I would go with 1900 PF. The food is good and your 9 year old will love it.

If it were me, I would have my DD decide. I had my kids give me a list of their "must-do" and "if we have time" restaurants. They really enjoyed being involved and it helped to build the excitement.

Although I would choose Ohanas dinner with there amazing bread pudding with icecream, your daughters face will be priceless watching the step sisters interact, they are a hoot... And the prince is indeed charming and Cinderella is very tender and sincere with the kids... She is only this age once and they grow out of this phase way too quick. Mine are now 23 and 18 and I cherish those pictures of there little enchanted faces.... princess:

ok some how I'm going to try to fit both in. Right now all I can get for Ohana is a 9:45 pm. I really dont want to eat that late :sad2:

I went on a girls only trip to WDW this past January and we ate at 1900 Park Fare for dinner. While the characters were fun I did not care for the food whatsoever. No flames please. :rotfl2: I'd pick Ohana for sure. :)

My family loves Ohanas for dinner and try to make it there during each and every trip to Disney World. The first time we went to Park Fare was in 2006 and we really enjoyed it. It was our favorite "buffet" and the characters were hilarious. In 2008, we went back to Park Fare and the food quality left quite a bit to be desired; however, the characters were still great and one of the stepsisters even tried to get my husband to dance with her! That being said, I would say go to Park Fare and don't expect alot from the food - if they still have it, make sure you fill up on the "Strawberry Soup" - it is wonderful!
