Your dining experience will be the same - maybe a little less crowded at that time depending upon when you are visiting. The later reservation does not reflect when the kitchen closes but when the restaurant stops seating guests to begin their meal. Don't worry - go and enjoy!I grabbed a super late Ohana dinner in December. First time for us (13 yo, mom, dad)....
Is the wait bad at the time of night? Is it a rushed meal? Is food still hot and fresh?
What are the pros and cons for having this late of an ADR?
I don't want to be a debbie downer, but we have never eaten at Ohana without a lengthy wait- no matter what time our reservation is for. Just fyi. I would be pleasantly surprised if you are seated before 10.
I cannot offer from my own first-hand experience, but likely the most constant criticism I (used to?) see on Dis'Board about Ohana is that some of the meat can be dry by later in the evening - since some may have been cooked much earlier in the night.I grabbed a super late Ohana dinner in December.
