Ohana for breakfast?? What is this?

Can someone tell me what Ohana's is? We have yet to go there.

CAn you tell me where it is? What is the food like? Good / Bad?

O'Hanas is located in the Polynesia Resort - 2nd floor. It is a family style all you can eat. Instead of a buffet where you go fill your plate - they bring a platter to your table & refill it when you want. We went for the first time in November, and my family put it on their "have to" do again on our next trip. We thought the food was good.

It is a character breakfast. Lilo, Stitch, Mickey Mouse (wearing a Hawaiian shirt) and Pluto come around to tables for pictures & to give autographs.

The food had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes & loafs of pineapple bread. Also Mickey waffles and some yummy fruit juice.

The food was good, the resteraunt was nice, the characters were very interactive. During the meal the children are invited to parade around with instruments. It is not a quiet breakfast - but it was very enjoyable to us.

Ohana is at the Polynesian resort. The breakfast is a Character Breakfast.

Here is the menu from allears. May help you decide if you want to go there. I personally have not been there yet but I have heard very good reviews. Others highly recommend it! Hope that helps you!!

[Not so Dumbo]

We went to Ohana's breakfast in October. We thought we would love it from all of the rave review, but we left feeling a bit disappointed. I thought the whole expierence was just okay at best and their are certainly other character breakfasts that can top this one.
We waited after we were done eating for Mickey to make it to our table, the food was just okay(except for the pineapple bread, that was really good) and we felt odd having to keep asking our waiter to bring us more food/juice.
I know I'm probably one of the few who didn't LOVE Ohana's, but thought I'd share my expierence too.

My family really enjoyed this meal. It was one of the best. The food was very good ,no watery eggs. Our server was great, joked with us and made alot of conversation. The charaters were the best with the kids, stayed at the table for a long time to joke around, not just a picture and leave. Also most of them came to the table more than once. This is on my to do list for our next trip. We also have a very nice time at CRT.

We've not been since they changed it from a buffet which was called Minnie's Menehue Breakfast with Minnie, Chip and Dale, Goofy and Pluto. Once they changed it to family style (we prefer a buffet) and Stitch (we just don't like him...he is why we stopped wake up calls), we stopped going. I've read good and bad reviews about it.
