We have a 8:00 ressie for breakfast i figure it will be pretty busy at the hour. My question is what has been the average wait for a table during peak time there?

Since your ADR will be one of the first of the day, I don't think you will have much of a wait at all! We just returned and our ADR was for 9:10 am. Although we were told there would be a 30 minute wait, our beeper went off after only 15 minutes. Just our experience.

You shouldn't have any problems that early. We had a 9:30 ressie, were told it would be a 30 min. wait, and we ended up waiting 40 min.
