How is it? My daughter isnt really into Lilo or Stitch, but she loves Mickey (and we havent been able to snag Chef Mickeys or Tusker House). Will the interaction with Mickey be worth it? How is the food at breakfast? Thanks!!

I have not been there but I just made a reservation for September because I heard it was good.

I love this place me and my husband are going in Sept. and we wont have our kids with us.
It has Mickey Shape Waffles, bacon. scramble eggs, potatos, fresh fruit, biscuits and the best bread ever. Pinapple bread and cinnamon raisin bread. And some good juice called Pog.
You sit down and everything is served to you and its all you can eat.
Im sure the other breakfast buffets are good too but I love the Hawaiian theme and the fact I dont have to get up to get my food. I like to save my energy for the parks :rotfl2:

The food at breakfast is very, very good. We got lots of pictures with the characters!

We went when my daughters were 3 and 5; the food was great, Lilo and Stitch were great. I have nothing good to say about the Mickey that was there on December 23, 2009. Worst character ever, and we've had a ton of character meals. Would hope that in general the Mickey there is good, as everythign else about the restaurant is terrific.

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. We like it better than Chef Mickey's. It is so nice to be able to sit and relax and have your food brought to you instead of having to get up. The juice they serve is really good. If you are able to get a reservation there I say definitely go. We were able to get some great pictures & the characters came around to our table at least 3x.

My son and I werent into lilo & stitch either when we first went to ohana. But we fell in love with stitch after eating there for the first time in 2009. Now he's one of my son's fave characters. Stitch is soooo funny. we've been there a handful of times since then. Its one of our fave places. Mickey & Pluto are also terrific. Very entertaining. Love them!! We got to see the characters twice last time. Great pics. Nice view and decore. The place is so beautiful. and its nice having a sit down breakfast (all you can eat) for a change. The pineapple bread & juice is soooo yummy. The food there is great. Scrambled eggs, sausags, bacon, potatoes, fruit, waffles, coffee etc. You will love this place.

Breakfast at Ohana is a solid choice. We found the character interaction to be above average for a character meal. Our girls had great interaction, so the characters even dropped by again to play around a little." The breakfast food is served family style buffet which I would rate better than the serving line buffets where people do all sorts of things as they get their food. Overall, we were very happy with our experience.

P.S. - POG = Passion Orange Guava - a readily available juice beverage on Hawaii (also served in PR CL)

We booked Ohana breakfast for the first time last year because DD loves Stitch. From now on it is a must do very trip.

The food is so good like others have said bacon, sausage, scambled eggs, Mickey waffels, wonderful selecton of fresh fruit and 2 homemade breads that are to die for. I really like how they bring the food to you then you can just ask for more of whatever you like.

DD and I both thought the character interaction was great. They have a very cute parade through the restaurant with all the characters and any children who want to join in.

I found the character interaction to be top notch, and this was for a party of 2 young adults, so I'm sure it's even better for parties with kids.

The food, however, left something to be desired. It wasn't bad...just, not really very good.

If you're main goal is to see Mickey at a meal, then it's a decent option. Just don't expect much from the food.

It one of our must do! the girls love the place. The character interaction is really nice and the food is good. it's nice to not have to eat at a buffet to see characters. My girls use to be scared of Stitch but are now in love with him. He is sooo funny... at least he was with us.

I LOVE Stitch and the characters are really cute! I remember they had turkey bacon too. Going there again next month!

YAY! It sounds wonderful. Im definitely keeping that ressie. Thanks so much for all the reviews!! =)

DH and I went there on our last trip and the food was awesome, especially the pineapple bread. Don't pass it up. We wanted to get a picture of the two of us and Lilo but no one was around to take it. Lilo walked off, a little confused at this point, then came back with a server to take our picture with her. How awesome was that. The dinner her is pretty spectacular here also. I don't like bread pudding at all, but what they've got going on here is Heaven in a bowl. I dream about the stuff. Did I mention not to miss the pineapple bread, to die for. You can't miss with this place.

Pluto and Mickey are there and they do this cool parade dance thing with the kids and Lilo and Stitch...the food was very good, and I could get a pressed pot of coffee from Kona..that alone was a huge winner for us!

Mickey and Pluto wear Hawaiian shirts, Lilo and Stitch are great too!. I think the character time is great, we had enough time to spend with all 4 characters.

The family photo taken at the beginning is nice too. My family loved the food, and my kids loved the character parade and interactions. We went about 6 months ago, and the kids are still talking about it!

For the picture they take up front...is that something like photopass pics or is it similar to CRT where they actually give you one or two copies of the photos?

We are doing O'hanas for breakfast for DD's 6th birthday in a few weeks, and I'm so excited after reading these reviews. Thanks, everyone!

They offer it to you to purchase for $29.99 plus tax. After you buy it then it can be added to your photopass.
