Can someone give me info on the differences between breakfast and supper at Ohana?

Also, has anyone had luck at snagging an ADR relatively last minute?

We will be WDW in mid-February. I have been trying to get an Ohana ADR for supper. It's proving to be hard(which I expected). I keep checking back in hopes that something comes up.

Looks I could possibly get a late breakfast or early lunch (10:40ish) on one of the days. Actually wondering what is served at that time?

I have heard of coconut races and conga lines for supper. Wasn't sure if that was done around breakfast or does the characters take the place of that.

Any info comparing the two would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Yep, many people have reported snagging last-minute ADRs for 'Ohana dinner. Just realize you may not get the exact time you're looking for. Stay on top of the February cancellation thread, not many posts yet...but as February gets closer, more people will post. I nabbed my last 'Ohana dinner ADR about 7 weeks beforehand.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, fruit, warm breads and juice. All served family-style.

No races at breakfast, just the characters. Dinner at 'Ohana was really, really good, I'd try for that. But breakfast gets good reviews too.

O'hana now offers a "walk-up" line for seating (at least for dinner). When we ate there a couple weeks ago there (around 5:30, I think) there was a line of people waiting for openings - and I did see people being seated from the line.

So if all else fails and you REALLY want O'hana, go over about 4:30 and camp out for the walk-up line.

there is a little parade with the characters the kids do at breakfast - i don't know what their dinner is like, but ohana's has a mean breakfast ! really yummy and the family style service means you never miss a character because you stood up for the buffet at the wrong time.

We ate breakfast and dinner there this past week.

Breakfast is a Character meal with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. There may have been more but that is all we saw.

At breakfast they did a parade with Maracas. Dinner the coconut race.

We have done both meals many times in the past and will only continue to do breakfast from now on. The quality of the food at dinner is subpar IMO. Not what it used to be. The "lo mein" was gross as were the pot stickers. The salad was great as usual, the wings so so, steak and chicken were great but the pork and shrimp were not :( Even the bread pudding this time around was not all that great. It was one big soggy mess on the bottom and baked on the top. The server was awful too. She never came around again for drinks after the initial order.

Breakfast -except for the typical Disney World "see through" bacon - was excellent.
