We have a 730 breakfast reservation at Ohana and we would be coming from the BCV how would i be able to get there if Epcot is closed i usually take the monorail for dinners but this is the first time we are doing breakfast?

Mk is open so we might ride the bus then get the monorail. Im just wondering how long that might be

I would say around an hour, depending on how long you have to wait for the bus and the monorail. The bus ride itself will be around 15 minutes, then the walk from the bus to the security at MK, which you’ll need to go through, up the ramp to the monorail. The ride will be around 20 minutes depending on how long it stops at the Contemporary and the TTC.

I highly recommend renting a car. It is not expensive at all in FL and saves so much time. I just spent almost 2 weeks at Disney, staying at the Poly. Other than getting to the MK, the monorail is useless and wastes so much time. Buses can take a while too. We park hopped and had dining everywhere (resorts and parks), so it was super convenient having the car. If Ohana is your only obstacle, dont bother, but if you plan on going to all the parks and have dining planned at other resorts, it is something to definitely look into.

I definitely recommend using Uber or Lyft - it looks from your profile picture like your kids are older and won't need car seats, so a rideshare is very reasonably priced and a HUGE time saver. Last year we used Lyft for all our ADR's that were at a different resort. We spent $65 on the rides, but I estimate we saved 3-4 hours of time over doing park transfers with the busses.

We used Lyft almost all the time on our trip in the spring. Traveling with kids and waiting on a bus can be difficult. We only took the bus a couple of times because we hit it just right.

Last week we used Lyft to travel from Contemporary to Epcot for a PPO at GG. It was $13 and I was able to schedule it the night before. The driver arrived exactly on time, and it was well worth it for door-to-door service!!

It took us right around an hour to get the bus to MK and then the monorail from BC last Sunday. Our reservation at Ohana was at 7:50 am. We were stressed the whole time because we waited awhile for the bus to come. Also, not everyone made it on the bus because it stopped at YC first. If we hadn't made it, we would have been at least 20-30 min late for our reservation. I'd say to give yourself a little more than an hour or to uber/lyft. My friend got to the bus stop at Boardwalk at the same time as us and got to Ohana 15 min after us.
