Ohana - best time for ADR in Jan?

I hope I ask this in the right place! It's been a few years since our last visit and my memory is fuzzy. I'd like to make an ADR at Ohana and then stick around to watch Wishes and the EMP from the beach. We will be there the first week of January. I can't remember what time the fireworks start in the winter. What's a good time for ADRs at Ohana and then catch the show on the beach?

Even though I can't decide where we'll be sleeping, I am making ADRs now because I definitely know where to eat!
